ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a commercially driven and hands-on Marketing Co-ordinator  to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns supporting GFT Technologies' Canadian business..

Based in Canada, this role operates within a global, matrixed environment, partnering closely with Canada marketing and sales leadership while collaborating with stakeholders across the US, APAC, Europe and Latin America.

This is an end-to-end ownership role for a marketing professional who can translate business objectives into impactful campaigns - from strategy and planning through execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy, planning, briefing, execution, reporting, and optimization
  • Design and deliver integrated B2B campaigns (digital, email, social, ads, media-buy, PR, and events) aligned to CA pipeline generation and revenue growth (give us a 2 page assignment describing their experience into campaigns )
  • Partner closely with Sales and Business stakeholders to ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial objectives
  • Manage and optimize campaigns within Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and actionable reporting
  • Operate effectively in a matrix organization, collaborating across global teams (US, Europe, LATAM)
  • Act as a marketing generalist, providing strategic input and constructively challenging stakeholders when needed
  • Build and maintain strong cross-cultural relationships across regions and time zones
  • Track, analyze, and communicate campaign performance to senior stakeholders
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end campaigns independently
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple regions and cultures
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot (minimum 1 year)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (minimum 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of Campaign performance tracking; Attribution models and Data management and hygiene
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools
