Were looking for an experienced event coordinator to join our teamorganizing a portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs across North America.

This role is based on a dynamic hybrid model, with2 days a week in our vibrant downtown office and 3 days working from home. Youll need tolive within an easy commuting distance of our downtown office.


During peak periods and event weeks, youll bein the heart of the action,spending additional time in the office andon location at live events, where the energy and excitement are at their highest.


The role involves:

  • Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights
  • Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, delegates and vendors
  • Running events on-site in the US and Canada
  • Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
  • Running events likeHR Future Fest
