Job Description

The coordinator oversees recruitment marketing, talent programs and events, campus relationships, process, and innovative technologies for Talent Acquisition (TA) across the company. The coordinator will support all pillars of the team in the execution of day-to-day activities and special projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruitment Marketing support (Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media platforms, creative content, copywriting)
  • TA Technology support (Platform administration, troubleshooting)
  • TA Programs & Events support (Swag/marketing collateral design, event coordination, program administration)
  • TA Campus Partnerships support (Event coordination)
  • Monthly dashboard reporting, working cross-functionally with the TA team

What You Will Bring:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms etc.), Social Media platforms
  • Experience using Canva for graphic design and presentations
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to create and manage positive internal and external relationships
  • Bilingualism (English/French)
  • Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System is considered an asset
