We're Hiring: Direct Support Professional

Location: Carneys Point, NJEmployment Type: OnsiteDepartment: Adult Residential

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Adult Residential Program in Carneys Point, NJ you'll empower the people we serve while supporting the Bancroft mission, vision and core values.

The current hiring range for this position is: $19.32-$19.70 per hour. Plus additional incentives.

Responsibilities

About the Position:

Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others.

Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable.  BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of related work experience, or a minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization required.
