Responsibilities for Program Manager include but are not limited to:
· Partner with stakeholders to develop comprehensive program charters outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resourcing plans, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
· Create and maintain detailed project plans, breaking programs into actionable phases with clear deliverables and milestones.
· Track program progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide accurate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
· Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
· Maintain project trackers, dashboards, governance documentation, and executive-level reporting.
· Facilitate effective meetings, drive action items, and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
· Develop and deliver clear, timely, and effective program communications to ensure stakeholder alignment and transparency.
· Create stakeholder maps and engagement plans to drive collaboration and resolve conflicts or misalignment.
· Define and document team roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes across multiple projects.
· Collect and analyze program data to support escalations, postmortems, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Champion operational excellence, product quality, inclusion, and customer-centric decision-making throughout the program lifecycle.
· Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
· Proven experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related roles.
· Strong experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
· Demonstrated ability to execute programs within established governance frameworks.
· Experience with project planning, risk management, dependency management, and program reporting.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
· Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Pay Details: $71.13 per hour
