Aligned with Graceland's commitment to student success, the Work-Study Program offers an enriching combination of paid employment and professional growth through service opportunities both on and off campus. With flexible schedules of approximately 5-10 hours per week, the program supports students in managing work, academics, and active participation in social and athletic pursuits. Compensation typically starts at the federal minimum wage, with some roles offering higher pay depending on the complexity of the responsibilities and required skills.

Students may engage in various roles such as clerical support, data entry, customer service, event coordination, lab assistance, tutoring, or food service. These positions are carefully curated to build foundational workplace competencies-including communication, organization, adaptability, discretion, and technical proficiency.

Beyond financial rewards, Work-Study fosters mentorship, networking, and career readiness. Ultimately, the program aims to boost students' confidence, strengthen essential professional skills, expand their networks, and enrich their overall collegiate experience.
