A Program Account Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing client accounts within a specific program or portfolio, ensuring that client needs are met and program objectives are achieved. They act as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, coordinating services, managing budgets, and tracking progress. Program Account Managers often develop strategies to improve client satisfaction, resolve issues, and report on program performance. Their role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
