As a Brand Ambassador for Diptyque Distribution LLC., you will be the face of our luxury fragrance and home goods brand, embodying its elegance and storytelling. You will passionately engage with customers, share the unique narrative of Diptyque products, and drive sales through exceptional service and brand expertise.
Job Responsibilities
Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm, consistently reflecting the brand's sophisticated image and values.
Actively engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and an immersive brand experience.
Educate customers on Diptyque's product range, ingredients, history, and unique selling propositions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer interaction and upselling/cross-selling techniques.
Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Gather customer feedback and market insights, communicating them effectively to management.
Participate in special events, promotions, and training sessions as required.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager
Job Qualifications

Proven experience in a luxury retail, sales, or customer service environment, preferably in beauty, fragrance, or home goods.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele.
A genuine passion for luxury products and an understanding of the Diptyque brand aesthetic.
Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as retail demands.
Excellent presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the luxury nature of the brand.
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
