Job Description
Dior is seeking a highly experienced and passionate professional to lead the strategic development and execution of signature skincare service training programs while elevating the Dior facial service experience across North America. This highly visible role plays a critical part in driving skincare business growth through impactful skincare animations, retail events, in-store coaching, and elevated client experiences.
The position partners closely with the Education team in New York, Retail Excellence, Marketing, Client Experience & Events, and Field Sales teams to ensure flawless execution of Dior's skincare strategy at retail. The successful candidate will champion Dior's skincare expertise, strengthen service excellence, support retail teams through education and coaching, and reinforce Dior's leadership in the luxury skincare category.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Dior Signature Service Training & Development
  • Lead the implementation and execution of Dior's proprietary skincare service training programs for Dior estheticians, skincare specialists, and retail teams across North America.
  • Partner closely with the New York Education team to support national skincare education strategies, training initiatives, and service excellence programs.
  • Design and deliver advanced facial service trainings, workshops, and train-the-trainer sessions focused on Dior's signature techniques, product application, and personalized client consultation methodologies.
  • Provide ongoing in-store coaching and field support to reinforce service standards, improve skincare expertise, and drive retail performance.
  • Ensure all trained personnel maintain excellence in delivering Dior's luxury, sensorial, and results-driven skincare services.

2. Skincare Animations, Retail Events & Client Experience
  • Lead and support Dior skincare animations, retail activations, VIP events, and exclusive skincare experiences designed to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and skincare sales growth.
  • Partner with retailers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of skincare-focused events and elevated client experiences across all points of sale.
  • Ensure all skincare services and event activations consistently reflect Dior brand standards, luxury positioning, and service expectations.
  • Act as a Dior Ambassador and host, creating memorable and elevated client interactions that strengthen brand loyalty and prestige.

3. Coaching & Retail Performance Support
  • Support store teams through hands-on coaching, skill development, and client engagement strategies to improve skincare service execution and retail results.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen skincare business performance through education, event support, and service excellence initiatives.
  • Partner with field leadership to reinforce skincare priorities, support business objectives, and drive sales performance within the retail network.
  • Monitor service quality and consistency across skincare activations and provide actionable feedback to maintain excellence.

4. Skincare Product & Brand Expertise
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Dior's skincare philosophy, hero ingredients, product technologies, and service offerings during training and retail events.
  • Stay current on all Dior skincare launches and innovations, integrating new product knowledge into education programs and client experiences.
  • Serve as a skincare authority and brand expert for both internal teams and retail partners.

5. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate strategically with Global, Marketing, Retail Excellence, Client Experience & Events, Education, and Field Sales teams to align training and event execution with brand priorities and business goals.
  • Support key brand campaigns, product launches, and retail initiatives through education, event participation, and field expertise.
  • Contribute insights and feedback from the field to help enhance training strategies, client experiences, and skincare business growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Education & Licensure
  • Active Esthetician License required.

Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in aesthetic training, luxury skincare services, retail education, and high-end beauty retail, with a strong focus on prestige skincare and facial services.
  • Proven success leading skincare events, retail animations, and luxury client experiences that drive engagement and sales.
  • Strong understanding of skincare retail business dynamics, sales performance, and client service excellence within the North American market.
  • Experience supporting field teams through coaching, education, and in-store development.
  • Deep knowledge of the luxury skincare landscape and strong affinity for the Dior brand.

Hard Skills:
  • Strong ability to embody and communicate the luxury, elegance, and sophistication of the Dior brand.
  • Expertise in skin science, facial techniques, consultation skills, and luxury client service.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, trainings, and events simultaneously.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Office 365, and digital tools used for education, communication, and content development.

Travel
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 70%) to support training initiatives, skincare animations, retail events, and field coaching across North America.
