Administrative Assistant | 7:30AM - 4:30PM | Mon - Fri | $18.00/hr. - $20.00/hr

Full-time, long-term with growing electrical, heating, cooling business

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant

  • 2-3 years of office clerical experience
  • Experience answering multi-line phone systems preferred
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred
  • Customer service personality
  • Previous billing experience would be a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid Driver’s license

Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant

  • Answer phones
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians
  • Coordinate service call appointments with customers
