Professional Customer Service Representative (CSR-III) – Fresno, CA

Allbritten “The Barefoot Plumber”
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00/hr (DOE) | Full-Time

If you’re the kind of customer service pro who can calm the storm, solve the problem, and keep the day moving, Allbritten wants you. This is not an entry-level CSR role. This is a frontline, high-impact position for someone who can own escalations, protect the customer experience, and keep scheduling running efficiently in a fast-paced home services environment.

You’ll thrive here if you can:
  • Own escalations and turn unhappy customers into loyal ones

  • Make smart scheduling decisions using CRM/dispatch tools (tech availability, urgency, routing, capacity)

  • Save cancellations, support reschedules, and keep the board full

  • Communicate confidently with customers and field teams

  • Document accurately and follow through—every time

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role

  • Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure

  • Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
