Job description

You will be the Operations Engineer (Level 2) for the MFC Dallas Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for linking internal and external customers, delivering highquality results on schedule and within budget.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Operations Engineer (Level 2) you will be responsible for driving initiatives that have a tangible impact on program success and ensuring seamless collaboration between the shop floor and program teams.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Spearhead key initiatives and recovery plans to keep projects on track.

  • Coordinate communication between Dallas Operations center managers, functional leadership, and external customers.

  • Monitor schedule and budget performance, identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to deliver highquality results.

  • Provide status reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
