Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Manager leads inventory accuracy, quality assurance, compliance, and process control within a highvolume ecommerce fulfillment operation, with accountability for inventory integrity, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational performance. In this position, the Inventory Manager will work in a turn around environment and will have initial hours that may be outside of the normal scheduled first. This role requires a datadriven, handson leader who thrives in fastpaced environments and understands the critical connection between inventory accuracy, quality performance, and service level achievement, bringing strong analytical capability, a systems mindset, and proven experience leading Inventory control teams in complex warehouse operations.

Location: White Haven, PAon-site

Work Schedule:Sunday-Thursday day shift with the ability to work outside of scheduled hours

Travel Specifics:10%

Competitive Compensation:Attractive annual salary of $90,000-$115,000 annually plus bonus, based on experience, skills, and education. Includes comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all inventory control and quality assurance functions to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Develop and execute cycle count programs, physical inventory processes, and audit controls to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to drive quality performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements and accuracy targets.
  • Oversee quality inspections, inbound and outbound compliance checks, and damage control processes.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, shrink, quality defects, and process compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and mentor inventory and quality team members to build a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Safety, HR, and Customer teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to site and senior leadership.
  • Maintain a visible, floor-focused leadership presence to support audits, investigations, and real-time issue resolution.
