Shift: Monday: 2:00 PM โ€“ 6:00 PM | Tuesday โ€“ Thursday: 5:30 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM

Position Overview


The Production Control Manager is responsible for overseeing production readiness, inventory accuracy, and material flow to support efficient manufacturing operations. This Production Control Manager role ensures materials are available, properly staged, and delivered on time to prevent production delays. The ideal Production Control Manager has strong leadership experience, inventory control knowledge, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

โ€ข Monitor and manage aged inventory in production areas
โ€ข Support and complete cycle counts with same-day resolution
โ€ข Coordinate material requests, pickups, and deliveries with 3PL partners
โ€ข Ensure materials are staged and delivered on time
โ€ข Lead and direct daily activities of material handling teams
โ€ข Prioritize work based on production needs and schedules
โ€ข Maintain 6S standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety
โ€ข Support railcar unloading, material loading, and regrind operations
โ€ข Ensure all work is performed safely and accurately tracked
