Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Sous Chef to assist with daily kitchen operations, creating high-quality nutritious meals and a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests. The sous chef serves as the kitchen lead and supervises all kitchen operations in the absence of the Dining Director.
What we're looking for:
  • Must have previous experience as a Sous Chef or kitchen supervisory experience preferred.
  • Sanitation Certified (ServSafe) or ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • High volume production or catering experience is essential.
  • Must be flexible and accommodating to residents and guests.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must have a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and be a good team player.
  • Available to work weekend and holiday rotation.

Opportunities for full-time hours.
