Overview:
Seeking a Production Artist to support a fast-paced Marketing Production team. This role partners closely with an Art Director to execute high-quality print, digital, and social deliverables while ensuring all assets meet brand standards and technical specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects from concept through final production.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Production team and Art Director to produce print, social, and web deliverables
  • Manage projects from initial file setup through revisions and final mechanical preparation
  • Ensure all creative assets meet defined specifications, brand standards, and deadlines
  • Develop new marketing materials for the U.S. market
  • Update and maintain existing marketing assets for accuracy and consistency
  • Assemble assets into presentation documents and marketing toolkits
  • Manage delivery of toolkits into the digital asset management (DAM) system
  • Support production tasks related to product packaging projects
  • Maintain organization across multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising Art, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in print, social, and digital design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating completed design work (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience working in a Macintosh environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems
  • Familiarity with workflow management or routing systems
