Packaging/Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging/Graphic Designer with great design taste who is passionate about design. The ideal candidate should possess strong conceptual and technical skills, as well as succeed in multitasking, maintaining punctuality, communicating clearly, and thriving on learning while delivering excellent design.

The Packaging/Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Timely and precise creation of packaging designs from initial concept to completion.
  • Preparation of mockup packaging for management and client review.
  • Management of multiple priorities, anticipating demands and communicating the status of different projects appropriately.
  • Maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up to date on color trends and market standards, integrating them into new design concepts.

Ideal Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5-9 years’ professional packaging design experience (time spent in a design agency or in-house design department greatly preferred).
  • Knowledge of industrial design-related topics and techniques is a huge plus.
  • Proficiency in KeyShot is a huge plus.
  • Strong hand-eye-coordination/dexterity is a huge plus (personal preparation of mockups, etc.).
  • Familiarity with licensing is a huge plus.
  • Strong grasp of typography, composition, and layout.
  • Expert-level use of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong conceptual and technical skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Detail-oriented.
