Pay Rate: $27.50 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office


Job Summary

Miami First Remodeling is a fast-growing, high-end residential design-build firm specializing in kitchen remodeling, bathroom transformations, room additions, and full-home renovations.

We are seeking a sharp, organized, and high-energy Construction Project Manager / Production & Project Admin to serve as the operational backbone of our production and office team. In this role, you will keep our office running smoothly, coordinate site operations, manage customer communication, and handle critical administrative and permitting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production & Logistics: Dispatch subcontractors and field technicians based on geography, trade specialty, and project scope. Track job site schedules and daily progress.
  • Permitting & Compliance: Prepare, submit, track, and pull city/county construction permits and clear municipal violations.
  • Customer Service & Scheduling: Answer inbound customer calls, book appointments, reply to emails/texts, and provide exceptional ongoing support to clients.
  • Estimates & Communications: Draft, format, and send estimates, proposals, and official correspondence to potential and current clients.
  • General Office Administration: Manage physical and digital filing, copying, vendor coordination, and office setup tasks.
  • Financial Data Entry: Utilize QuickBooks to assist with basic recordkeeping, project invoicing, and administrative expense tracking.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience working within a construction, trade contractor, or real estate environment required.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks is REQUIRED. Experience using CRMs (e.g., Follow Up Boss, Salesforce) and office productivity suites is strongly preferred.
  • Permit Knowledge: Demonstrated familiarity with local municipal permitting processes and documentation.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English / Spanish) fluency is highly preferred. (Exceptional candidates with strong relevant experience who speak English only will still be considered).
  • Professional Presentation: Polished, professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Assessment Requirement: Willingness to take a pre-employment skills assessment (Production Admin Test).
