Job Description

We are seeking a Production Admin to work at one of our locations.   As Production Admin you will be responsible to:

  • Process Order confirmations
  • Issue process orders and Z-FILs
  • Create labels
  • Perform Cycle counts
  • Order acceptance
  • Review and update COOISPI
  • Manage inventory within the PSAs
  • Communicate with customers and customer service representatives
  • Internal purchasing activities
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have 6 months to a year of administrative work in production
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be proficient in computer 
  • Have SAP S4 HANA experience

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Previous experience in the ink industry
