Production Admin

The Production Admin Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing process. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate production documentation including material consumption and storage. This role acts as a liaison between the production, quality control, and warehouse departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow; meticulously controlling material flow and data entry, helping to maintain high standards of quality and compliance throughout the production cycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in business, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a production clerk or similar administrative role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with production scheduling and ordering processing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Experience with manufacturing ERP software or production management tools.
  • Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
