Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support with filing, scanning, data entry, and organization of various items.
  • Schedule vendors/materials for job sites as requested.
  • Provide front desk and phone coverage during the receptionist's lunch and days off
  • Meet with PMs & team members as needed to gather information and provide support.
  • Assist the team as needed with other projects.
  • Evaluate, improve, and advise on current production processes
  • Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of experience in an office environment and a clerical position
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of associates
  • Intermediate computer skills: including MS Office software
  • Ability to maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, resource and time management, planning & organizing, teamwork, relationship building, initiative, flexibility, process improvement, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to sit and/or stand at the desk for extended periods. Regularly walk, talk, hear, view computer screens, type, and occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
