CFS is working with a repeat client in the landscaping and construction space to hire a Production Admin Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of office work and hands-on outdoor interaction.
The organization offers a stable, team-oriented environment and is seeking a Production Admin Assistant who is interested in growing with the company long term. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity, with the likelihood to become permanent for the right candidate. The culture has been described as hardworking, collaborative, and down-to-earth. The Production Admin Assistant will interact with multiple teams including estimators, drivers, and vendors, playing a key role in daily operations.


Responsibilities of the Production Admin Assistant:

  • Analyze inventory levels and ensure materials and supplies are properly stocked
  • Purchase materials for upcoming jobs based on estimator requests
  • Communicate with vendors to source materials, pricing, and availability
  • Dispatch drivers to pick up materials and coordinate logistics
  • Receive and review incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Maintain organization of inventory and purchasing records
  • Utilize internal systems to track purchasing activity
  • Coordinate truck departures and ensure proper loading
