Job Description:

Primary Purpose of Role

This position is the primary interface between Marketing, Sales and Service (MSS) and Information Systems and Services (IS&S) with respect to Allison 360 (Salesforce)system requirementsand istheLeadAllison 360 Steward.The person in this position must have a working knowledge ofAllison 360 CRM, broad knowledge ofGlobal MSSorganizational structureand responsibilities,familiarity withGlobal MSS associates,and the ability to analyzeAllison 360input / requestsforlegitimacy,feasibility,andpriority.While this role does not have direct reports, the person in the role mustbe capable of influencing associates at all levels of the organization,in all regions andinmultiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act asLeadAllison 360 (Salesforce) Stewardand asAmericasAllison 360 Steward, coordinating requests from all regional 360 Stewards andrepresentingAllison 360 on the Salesforce PlatformProject Management team.Communicatenewfunctionality to Global Marketing, Sales and Service (MSS)associatesand informGlobalMSS leadership of challenges, as needed.Provide periodic updates in Global MSS Town Hall meetings and MSSLeadership meetings.

  • Organize andfacilitatetheAllison 360 Steering Committee,comprisedofa representative group of Global MSS leaders from all regions and MSS groups.

  • Input incidents, service requests and enhancements into service tickets and user stories, completing alldescriptionsand documentationas required.

  • Work with users of Allison 360 todetermineways in which the system can be used to improve workflows and increaseefficiencyof the MSS team.

  • Work with IS&Sand system consultantsand other MSS product owners (360, TAC, 4WARD, PRP)to prioritize Allison 360 maintenance and enhancements.Test system changes,monitorprogress.Elevate to Director whenthere are competingrequeststhat require a decision onpriority.

  • Assistand TrainMSS associates - includingnew hires andcross-functionalleadership - inAllison 360 navigation,anddashboard and report generationand interpretation.

  • Audit Allison 360 per established scope and timeline.Conduct periodic data clean-upandcorrectaudit deficiencies.

  • Collect quarterly metrics data from Allison 360,trackmetrics compared to goals, andreport quarterly toGlobalMSS leadership.

  • Manage consolidation anddistribution of key Allison 360-based reports (such as Global MSS Hot Topics and Pricing Win + Loss Reports)

  • Assist Director with projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelordegree or equivalentexperiencerequired.

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Information Systems preferred

  • Preferred expertise in customer relationship management systems

  • 5 years work experience with at least 1 year of experience in Global Marketing, Sales and Service with global associates preferred

Experience

  • CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce.

  • Experience with Allison Marketing, Sales and Serviceprocesses,and knowledge of Allison global customers and Allison product nomenclature

  • Ability to work independently

  • Self-starter, high degree of initiative.Ability,confidenceand comforttofacilitatemeetings,refocusingthe groupwhen dialoguegoes off-topicand concluding meetings with clear actions assigned

  • High degree of problem solving capability

  • High level of attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once

  • Very good written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills, ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with multiple disciplines

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
