Job description

Product Manager

Are you excited by the idea of turning cumbersome, multi-day processes into elegant, AI-powered teamwork experiences? Our confidential client is a well-funded, high-growth SaaS company that serves global enterprises managing complex, document-heavy projects. As they accelerate their next product chapter, they need a Product Manager who can imagine "Notion-level" collaboration for professionals whose work shapes skylines and infrastructure around the world. If you thrive on shipping intuitive, data-driven features that delight sophisticated users, this role puts you at the center of an industry-wide transformation.

About the Opportunity

  • Join a venture-backed start-up that pairs domain experts with a modern AI platform.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding leadership team; your roadmap influences strategy from day one.
  • Hybrid schedule: two to three days each week in a Bay Area hub, with flexibility for remote focus work.
  • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, full benefits, and the resources to iterate quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for real-time, multi-user collaboration features that turn 300-page project documents into living workspaces.
  • Lead structured interviews and shadow sessions, converting insights into clear problem statements and user stories.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to prototype interaction patterns that make complex workflows feel effortless and familiar.
  • Release experiments, track adoption and collaboration health metrics, and course-correct based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Balance enterprise customer needs, AI capabilities, and technical constraints to prioritize the highest-impact work.
  • Promote rapid prototyping, shared learnings, and continuous improvement across a distributed product squad.

Qualifications

  • 5โ€“10 years of hands-on product management experience shipping B2B SaaS features from concept to GA.
  • Proven success launching collaboration capabilities such as co-editing, visual canvases, or workflow orchestration for professional users.
  • Strong UX sensibility and the ability to articulate interaction decisions to both designers and engineers.
  • Demonstrated skill in qualitative user research, persona development, and translating insights into requirements.
  • Comfort working with AI-enabled or data-heavy products in an agile, experiment-oriented environment.
  • Based in (or able to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area and available for regular on-site collaboration.
  • Nice to Have: familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or other document-intensive industries; experience in early-stage start-ups; exposure to global enterprise roll-outs.

Why Apply

  • Impact at scale โ€“ your features will streamline billion-dollar projects worldwide.
  • Velocity without red tape โ€“ iterate quickly while enjoying the stability of solid funding and paying customers.
  • Room to grow โ€“ as the product line and team expand, so will your leadership scope.
