Job description

The team is looking for an Engineering/Product Manager.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, build, and scale high-performance, low-latency systems powering ad serving, bidding, and monetization;
  • Own features end-to-end: from product requirements to architecture, implementation, and production rollout;
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions;
  • Work on real-time data pipelines, decision engines, and optimization algorithms;
  • Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance under high load (millions of requests per second);
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy;
  • Mentor engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, and observability;
  • Continuously experiment and iterate to improve monetization outcomes and platform efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering, ideally in high-scale environments;
  • Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, Kotlin, Python, or C++);
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Distributed systems and microservices architecture;
    • High-load, low-latency system design;
    • Data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization;
  • Experience working with real-time systems, streaming, or event-driven architectures;
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing systems;
  • Product mindset: ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;
  • Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to large-scale data processing (Kafka, Flink, Spark, etc.);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Understanding of experimentation frameworks (A/B testing);
  • Experience working with ML-driven optimization systems.
