Position Specific Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within our NextEra Analytics organization. In this role, you will define and deliver solutions that apply advanced analytics and AI to improve how work gets done across complex, large-scale operations.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science teams to understand user needs, prioritize high-value opportunities, and bring products from concept to production. This role requires the ability to synthesize diverse perspectives, uncover underlying needs, and guide products through ambiguity with clarity and focus-translating them into intuitive, effective solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership, sound judgment, and experience working within large, operational environments. You engage effectively with a wide range of users, connect strategy to execution, and deliver solutions that scale
Job Overview
Employees in this role will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical products. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra's goals and market opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
  • Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
  • Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
  • Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
