The intercultural team and synergy. Profile of the interculturally effective person. The feminine entrepreneurship in international management. Monograph on the socio-political situation and the business culture of various countries. Enterprise and Canadian diversity, Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms, legislation and policies on multiculturalism. Acculturation.

Requirements:

Must have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) either in the area of cross-cultural management, organizational behaviour or organizational psychology. Must also demonstrate recent professional experience in one or more of these areas. Must also have teaching experience, preferably in the area of the course.
