Product Manager, MarTech (Enterprise Consumer Products)

About the Team
The Marketing, Messaging & Personalization team within Enterprise Consumer Products builds and manages the foundational, cross-cutting capabilities that underpin all of our customer interactions. By integrating specialized groups in Data, Assistance & AI, the organization maintains the robust infrastructure and AdTech necessary to power hyper-personalized user experiences. Complementing this technical backbone, the Marketing and Messaging Delivery teams manage the platforms responsible for content creation and the seamless distribution of communications. Together, these teams collaborate to ensure that every message delivered is data-driven, relevant, and technically optimized. This unified approach allows the organization to bridge the gap between complex data ecosystems and high-impact consumer engagement.

Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • 3+ year of experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Familiarity with marketing technologies, content systems, AdTech or AI Search

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
