KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The qualified individual will be responsible for defining and driving product roadmap enhancements and working closely with the Executive team, Development, and Marketing to rationalize the product as it evolves in this growing and underserved product market.

* Gather customer and user requirements from our core market segments (AI - Automotive, Life/Health & Home).

* Develop a product and feature roadmap that engages our current customers and expands our market.

* Design and drive requirements for our cross-functional engineering, data, & design team, managing an agile

backlog and lean UX process.

* Assist in developing and ordering the product and feature backlog

* Clearly express the backlog items to optimize the value of the development teams work

* Drive on-time delivery of features and client implementations and coordinate any associated launch activities.

* Evaluate the success of your features through rigorous user testing and analytics.

* Present successes and failures to senior management, identifying product opportunities and areas for

Improvement.

* Track and present metrics around product use, quality, and status

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The ideal candidate has a combination of domain, technical, marketing, and practical experience in software with an emphasis on market segments identified under key responsibilities.

* Seasoned (more than 5 years experience) Product Owner, who is experienced and confident with Agile/Scrum development practices, and working with development teams on a daily basis

Solid working experience with epics and skilled at writing excellent user stories, sketching wireframes to support prototypes and communicating with development teams, maintaining a product roadmap, understanding and driving a release schedule, own and managing prioritization for the team.

* Ability to understand and align product direction with company revenue goals.

* Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, and presentation skills must be demonstrated.

* Expert in JIRA, Confluence, UI/UX, and Figma usage for setting and maintaining dashboards, developing UI, and organizing all product management documentation

* Experience defining product requirements for Web and Mobile applications (native IOS & Android)

* Solid interpersonal skills required to facilitate positive working relationships with customers and business

partners, software engineering, sales, and implementation teams.

* Less than 10% of the time required for local, regional, and interstate travel.

*Preferred experience creating technology products in the Automotive, Life/Health industry.

*Experience with AI/ML is a plus

*Prefer master's degree in information technology or business management
