  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Client Services to ensure successful onboarding and execution of programmatic campaigns
  • Serve as the internal expert on SSP/DSP functionality, ad delivery logic, and creative asset handling (streaming, caching, fallback, etc.)
  • Lead partner conversations and represent product decisions in joint meetings with external vendors, clients, and third-party tech providers
  • Prioritize backlog items and make data-informed tradeoffs to support the evolving needs of both enterprise clients and the internal delivery team
  • Document and communicate platform behavior, edge cases, and integration logic clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Establish success metrics and tracking plans to measure platform performance, proof-of-play delivery, and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to scale, resolution variability, and media delivery that may impact programmatic performance or revenue

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS
  • 5-8 years of experience working with enterprise software platforms as a product manager/analyst

  • Experience with both client and sales facing communication and presentations
  • Experience capturing complex software requirements and user stories within a structured tool like Jira
  • Experience working directly with software management and developers on complex software applications
