Our client seeks a Project Manager for Global Technology Operations to plan and organize activities across product and engineering initiatives. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, risks, and dependencies, and drive delivery of MVPs and project milestones. The Project Manager will produce detailed plans, status reporting, and stakeholder communications within a media and advertising technology context.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $62.00 to $68.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of adtech platform projects (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, CDPs), ensuring timelines, budgets, and technical dependencies are met.
  • Lead cross-functional IT teams including engineering, integration, and data operations; define roles and drive day-to-day execution.
  • Plan, track, and manage platform integrations, APIs, and data pipelines across advertising and marketing systems.
  • Coordinate cross-system dependencies, troubleshoot blockers, and escalate technical risks.
  • Develop project plans, WBS, resource allocation, and capacity management for complex IT initiatives.
  • Produce status reports, track issues, manage scope changes, and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • Facilitate delivery of MVPs or platform rollouts, securing business and IT approvals.
Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with advertisement technology
  • Experience in advertising technology implementation; exposure to platforms such as MadConnect's Intelligent Connectivity Layer (ICL), Workato, Anypoint Platform, or Tray.io.
  • Media industry experience (preferred).
  • PMP certification or applicable proven experience.
  • Technology implementation experience for large global multinational organizations.

Education Requirements:
  • PMP certification.
