Job Description:

  • 5–10+ years of product management experience in AdTech, marketplaces, or data/optimization product
  • Proven track record of building and scaling 0→1 products and driving measurable business impact
  • Strong experience writing PRDs, defining requirements, and translating business needs into product solutions
  • Deep experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, track, and optimize key metrics like revenue, delivery, and utilization
  • Experience working on optimization, allocation, or constraint-based systems (ads, pricing, logistics, supply-demand)
  • Familiarity with ad delivery, trafficking systems, planning workflows, or yield optimization
  • Experience collaborating with machine learning or forecasting teams and understanding model inputs/outputs
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps, frameworks, and product decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, operations, and technical teams
  • Experience using data, experimentation, and performance analysis to drive product decisions
  • Ability to manage complex dependencies, trade-offs, and prioritization in fast-paced environments
