Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Converged Advertising to own and deliver product capabilities that support WBD’s next‑generation advertising platforms. This role is responsible for execution of features, workflows, and client‑facing requirements across converged planning, forecasting, yield optimization, and reporting systems, delivered as scalable, cloud‑native solutions.

The Senior Product Manager acts as a hands‑on product owner and execution partner, working closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure product capabilities align with established product strategy, revenue priorities, and advertiser outcomes within an assigned product domain.

Product Roadmap Execution

Own and execute against feature roadmaps for converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring delivery aligns with monetization priorities, operational efficiency, and established product strategy.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and Client Engineering to deliver scalable, API‑driven workflows supporting billions of monthly ad impressions across linear and digital platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Translate advertiser, agency, and sales team needs into clear, actionable product requirements; ensure delivered features improve productivity and campaign performance for global sales and operations users.

Data‑Driven Prioritization

Use KPIs, usage metrics, and structured feedback loops to prioritize features within the assigned product area that improve yield optimization, sales velocity, and ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA or advanced technical certification a plus.

Product Management Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platform environments.

AdTech Knowledge: Familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems.

Product Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprise‑scale product features in partnership with engineering teams, with measurable user adoption and business impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience gathering business needs and aligning product execution with revenue objectives, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

Modernization Exposure: Experience contributing to modernization initiatives, including migration of legacy systems toward cloud‑native platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range: $105,280.00 - $195,520.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
