This hybrid role owns customer implementation and integration success.

The ideal candidate will take ownership and thrive on serving as the technical authority for LocID integrations, working directly with DSPs, SSPs, CTV platforms, and identity partners. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Confidently push back and guide partners when assumptions or implementations are misaligned
  • Whiteboard or diagram system architectures live during calls when needed
  • Support identity discussions including ID graphs, volatility, segment refreshes, data leakage risks, and privacy considerations
  • Ensure successful implementations before, during, and after onboarding
  • Maintain detailed documentation, FAQs, and implementation of best practices
  • Support global partners with flexibility across time zones

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive Salary & Bonus program
  • Medical, Dental and Vision
  • Paid Holidays & Unlimited PTO policy
  • 401(k) with employer contribution match
