Your New Role:
The Staff, Product Manager reports to the Director, Product Management - Converged Advertising and is responsible for translating business requirements into detailed product roadmaps and execution priorities. This role defines feature sets that directly enable multi-billion-dollar ad sales workflows, balances client-first needs with technical feasibility, and ensures successful adoption of converged solutions across global markets.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Product Roadmap Execution - Define and manage feature roadmaps for
converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring delivery
aligns with monetization priorities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and
Client Engineering to design scalable, API-driven workflows that enable
billions of monthly ad impressions.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Translate advertiser, agency, and sales
team needs into detailed product requirements; ensure features improve
productivity and campaign performance for thousands of global users.
Data-Driven Prioritization - Use KPIs, usage metrics, and feedback loops to
prioritize features that directly improve yield optimization, sales velocity,
and ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required; MBA or advanced technical certification preferred.
  • Product Management Expertise: 8-10 years of product management experience, ideally in advertising technology, SaaS, or enterprise platforms.
  • AdTech Knowledge: Strong familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems.
  • Execution & Delivery: Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale products in partnership with global engineering teams, with measurable adoption and revenue impact.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Skilled in gathering business needs and aligning roadmaps with revenue, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to influence across Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Finance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovation Orientation: Track record of delivering modernization or transformation initiatives, especially migrating legacy systems into cloud-native platforms
  • B2B Product Expertise (Preferred): Experience working on enterprise workflow platforms or internal productivity tools serving multiple user roles.
  • UX & Product Collaboration: Experience partnering closely with UX designers to define user journeys, translate workflows into product requirements, and deliver intuitive enterprise experiences.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $144,760.00 - $268,840.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
