Your New Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Converged Advertising to

own and deliver product capabilities that support WBD's nextgeneration

advertising platforms. This role is responsible for collaborating with key

business stakeholders to generate business requirements based on use

cases/user stories across converged planning, forecasting, yield

optimization, and reporting systems, delivered as scalable, cloudnative

solutions.

The Senior Business Analyst works closely with Product Managers, Sales,

Operations, Engineering, and Data Science to ensure product

requirements are captured accurately, and product capabilities align with

established product strategy, revenue priorities, and advertiser outcomes

within an assigned product domain.

Your Role Accountabilities:

Product Requirements Gathering - Manage business and functional

requirements for one or more business solutions by facilitating stakeholder

interviews and workshops; translating needs into user stories, use cases, and

acceptance criteria; validating scope and assumptions; and maintaining

traceability from requirements through delivery and UAT.

Product Roadmap Execution - Own and execute against feature roadmaps

for converged planning, forecasting, and reporting systems, ensuring delivery

aligns with monetization priorities, operational efficiency, and established

product strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Engineering, Data

Science, and Client Engineering to deliver scalable, APIdriven workflows

supporting billions of monthly ad impressions across linear and digital

platforms.

Functional Testing - Perform functional testing and document workflow and configuration changes related to system and process adjustments based on Proof-of-

concept outcomes or business requirements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement - Translate advertiser, agency, and sales

team needs into clear, actionable product requirements; ensure delivered

features improve productivity and campaign performance for global sales

and operations users. Provide a walk thorough of new functionality including

both system functionality and region-specific recommended configuration

and workflow.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a

related discipline required; MBA or advanced technical certification a plus.

Product Management Experience: 5+ years of business analyst or product

management experience, preferably within advertising technology, SaaS, or

enterprise platform environments.

AdTech Knowledge: Familiarity with campaign management, forecasting, yield

optimization, and converged linear + digital ad systems.

Requirements Gathering: Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder workshops,

gather user stories/use cases, acceptance criteria, scope/assumption validation, and requirements traceability through delivery/UAT

Product Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, enterprisescale product features in partnership with engineering teams, with measurable user adoption and business impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience gathering business needs and aligning

product execution with revenue objectives, operational efficiency, and client

outcomes.

Communication & Influence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with

the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations,

and Finance.

Modernization Exposure: Experience contributing to modernization initiatives,

including migration of legacy systems toward cloudnative platforms.
