Description

Infor is seeking a Director of Product Development to lead end-to-end delivery of its premier banking application, Infor Complete Billing System (CBS). CBS is a CloudSuite single-tenant SaaS application hosted on AWS, providing pricing and billing solutions for cash management teams at leading commercial banks. This leadership role is responsible for managing global teams across software development, quality assurance, release management, and production support, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
  • Lead cross-functional teams spanning product management, software engineering, QA, support, DevOps, and Cloud Operations.
  • Drive execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business and customer priorities.
  • Ensure adherence to Infor SDLC practices across requirements, design, development, and release certification.
  • Oversee release readiness, certification, and deployment processes.
  • Enforce quality gates aligned to CloudSuite release cadence.
  • Partner with DevOps and CloudOps to ensure environment stability and operational readiness.
  • Establish automation-first testing practices and continuous quality validation.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in software development leadership within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Experience leading teams across development, QA, and production support.
  • Understanding of banking applications or financial services platforms
