Job Summary: We are looking for a Product Engineer with a track record of successin full-stacksoftware development, product management, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of product features from requirement gathering to deployment. You will take ownership of product requests, define technical specifications, build solutions, and ensure quality through comprehensive testing. You will work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance our digital lending platform and serve our 125,000+ business customers.

Description & Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of product features from initial requirement to production deployment
  • Analyze and detail technical specifications based on business requirements and user needs
  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across web and API platforms
  • Create and execute comprehensive testing strategies including manual and automated approaches
  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to enhance development and testing processes
  • Implement data collection, analysis, and reporting features to support business intelligence
  • Collaborate with design, sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure feature success
  • Provide regular progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain existing features, identifying and resolving issues proactively
  • Stay current with industry best practices in software development, testing, and fintech technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science,engineering, or related technical field
  • 3-5 years of software development experience with full-stack capabilities
  • Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, and database technologies
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and manual QA processes
  • Basic understanding of product management principles and user experience
  • Experience with data analysis and basic AI/ML concepts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
