Description:

Act as a servant leader, coaching teams to stay true to Agile and Scrum techniques and the company's product model.

Educate and guide team members and stakeholders on Scrum practices and product model implementation.

Lead change efforts and serve as a role model for Agile practices within the organization.

Identify and remove blockers, enabling teams to focus on delivering value.

Foster an environment of collaboration and open communication within the team.

Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to discuss blockers, plans, and progress.

Conduct sprint reviews, capturing feedback and assessing team performance.

Guide sprint planning sessions, elaborating on user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Organize retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement action items for future sprints.

Encourage consistent best practices across teams for both Scrum and Product Model processes.

Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective teamwork and goal alignment.

Promote the use of tools like Azure DevOps, product models, and automation tools to ensure transparency and adherence.

Guide teams through IT processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Build and maintain relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and project success.

Act as the administrator of the Scrum board, ensuring tools are properly updated and functioning.

Create and maintain relevant artifacts for Scrum, Agile, and Product Model processes.

Protect and groom the product backlog and sprint backlog, ensuring they remain up-to-date and actionable.

Guide multiple medium to large-scale projects through all sprints and phases.

Manage dependencies, ensuring smooth communication across Scrum Teams and other business functions.

Provide oversight for programs, ensuring alignment with business financial objectives and effective resource management.

Stay current with new tools, techniques, and Agile methodologies to continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

2 years acting as a ScrumMaster with ScrumMaster certification (CSM).

At least 2 years of experience working with outsourced partners.

Strong understanding of product models and their implementation in an Agile environment.

Experience managing projects using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with multiple dependencies and remote teams.

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of IT Project Management experience
