M.C. Dean is seeking an experienced Product Delivery Leader to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities
The Product Delivery Leader will report to the Director of Product in the SES Product Management Office. The Delivery Leader coordinates release execution, readiness of infrastructure environments, and manages risks across multiple internal/external teams by enforcing standards of compliance, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of product delivery from release planning through customer deployment and post-launch stabilization.
  • Ensure each product's delivery aligns with established governance, compliance, and release management standards.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, DevSecOps, and PMO to coordinate delivery timelines and release readiness reviews.
  • Establish repeatable delivery processes for cloud-native and on-premise deployments.
  • Manage customer delivery schedules, track dependencies, and ensure delivery milestones are met across multiple product lines.
  • Oversee delivery environments including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and configuration management.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks early; communicate impacts and corrective actions to leadership.
  • Provide delivery reporting and performance metrics to executive leadership and governance bodies.
  • Support onboarding and training of delivery staff, ensuring consistency across all programs.

Ability to travel up to 50%
Clearance/Citizen Type: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; Active Top Secret clearance required
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (BS) such as Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in engineering, with preferred experience in design build with a Bachelor's or 9+ years of experience with a Master's Degree
  • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various customers, vendors and peers
  • Experience leading large scale Designs
  • Ability to effectively work with AutoCAD
