Lewis Automotive Group, proudly family-owned and serving Northwest Arkansas for 79 years, is seeking a Product Delivery Specialist to join our dedicated team in Fayetteville. Known for our commitment to exceptional service and community values, we’re looking for someone who can help us make the vehicle delivery experience as seamless and memorable as the sale itself.
As a Product Delivery Specialist, you’ll be the final step in the car-buying journey—delivering vehicles directly to customers, ensuring they're completely satisfied, and explaining everything they need to know about their new vehicle. If you enjoy working with people, love cars, and take pride in attention to detail, this is the perfect opportunity to build a long-term career with a trusted local company.
Safely deliver vehicles to customer homes or workplaces.
Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (clean, fueled, damage-free).
Verify and complete all necessary vehicle documentation.
Walk customers through key features, controls, and vehicle functions.
Answer any questions and ensure customers feel confident with their new car.
Assist with paperwork including registration, financing, and insurance.
Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery times and expectations.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure smooth handoffs.
Perform minor maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
Follow up post-delivery to address any issues and encourage customer feedback.
Required Skills & Abilities:
