About the Role
The Director of Product Operations & Delivery leads the capability that bridges business process and product execution across Digital Enterprise Technology. This role exists to serve as a key thought leader in the product management evolution on our agentification journey, coordinate the establishment of structured frameworks for product and software development within our tool set, and provide a product operations function within large-scale/"big rock" initiatives. As a senior leader, you'll build and develop a high-performing team while serving as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Change Management leaders across the organization.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Build, lead, and develop the Product Operations & Delivery organization - including hiring strategy, role definition, performance management, and career development

  • Define and continuously evolve the operating model for requirements intake, backlog governance, quality standards, and delivery readiness criteria across DET

  • Establish best practices and structured approach with the tools used for Product Development Life Cycle and Software Development Life Cycle

  • Evolve agentification and AI tool enablement to the team and program operating model

  • Help drive the definition of product requirements intake and prioritization within program structures

  • Translate high-quality, delivery-ready requirements - reducing rework, accelerating delivery, and improving adoption at scale

  • Partner with Process Engineering & Optimization (PEO) leadership to ensure as-is and to-be business process changes are accurately translated into product-ready requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, providing clarity, recommendations, and tradeoff decisions related to requirements strategy, delivery readiness, and execution risk

  • Establish enterprise standards for requirements quality, traceability, acceptance criteria, solution validation, UAT support, and release readiness

  • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps related to requirements quality, process change, or stakeholder alignment

  • Define and track KPIs for requirements quality, delivery readiness, rework reduction, delivery predictability, and business adoption

  • Represent Product Operations & Delivery in senior forums, driving alignment across business, product, and delivery stakeholders


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Delivery, or related disciplines

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams

  • 5+ years of executing major product-centric initiatives

  • Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum and product delivery operating models

  • Proven experience translating business processes into scalable product requirements

  • Deep experience with execution management tools (e.g., JIRA, GUS, Airtable or equivalents)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior business and technology leaders


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or large-scale enterprise technology environments

  • Proficiency in using AI enablement tools (e.g., Claude Code, Gemini, or equivalents)

  • Familiarity with Confluence, Miro, or similar collaboration and documentation tools

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing practices

  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation or operating model change

  • A related technical degree
