Job description

About the Role:
The Digital Product & Strategy Lead is a Director level role within CBRE's BOE Digital & Technology function, responsible for driving and evolving the BOE digital strategy encompassing products, AI, and data. This is a critical enablement role that sits at the intersection of business strategy and digital execution, translating complex business priorities into coherent, outcome-oriented digital roadmaps.
Working closely with the Head of BOE Digital Strategy, the CTDO, the Head of BOE Transformation & Portfolio, and senior business stakeholders, the role serves as the connection between strategic intent and delivery - ensuring the organization's digital agenda is clearly articulated, continuously refined, and effectively governed.
This is an ongoing, iterative strategy function - not a one-time exercise. The individual in this role will be expected to continuously sense, adapt, and improve the digital strategy in close partnership with business and technology leadership.
What You'll Do:
Business-Aligned Digital Strategy
  • Support the development and ongoing refinement of a business-aligned digital strategy for BOE D&T, encompassing product, AI, and data capabilities.
  • Translate strategic priorities into capability bets with clear linkage to BOE business outcomes and value creation.
  • Establish and maintain shared agreement on success measures, including outcomes, OKRs, and value metrics across the organization.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure digital strategy reflects real business needs and adapts to evolving priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized, outcome-led 24-month strategic roadmap, sequencing initiatives by business impact and delivery readiness.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into product-level intents, ensuring they are ready for formal intake into the product and delivery pipeline.
  • Continuously review and evolve the roadmap in response to changing business conditions, organizational capability shifts, and delivery learnings.
  • Maintain clearly structured governance and decision forums to support effective strategy execution and accountability.
  • Actively support CBRE BOE D&T's broader digital transformation agenda across five strategic pillars: Digital Strategy, Operating Framework, Product Management Model, Org & Talent Refresh, and Employee Engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional POD teams and business partners to ensure strong alignment between strategy, execution, and go-to-market approaches.
  • Engage broadly with business stakeholders across the BOE organization to gather input, validate strategic assumptions, and build alignment.
  • Communicate strategy, roadmap progress, and governance outcomes clearly and concisely to executive and operational audiences.

What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
  • Ability to identify and solve the most complex problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $195,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $225,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
The application window is anticipated to close on June 22, 2026 and may be extended as needed. Or to express interest in similar roles, visit CBRE.com/careers.
