As a Product Delivery Associate in Client Onboarding & Service (COS) User Acceptance Team (UAT), you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. You will develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts.  You will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.  As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive requirements planning against an end-to-end user acceptance test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation
  • Provide accurate testing estimates within daily scrum calls
  • Document and execute user acceptance testing scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and developing test script
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product and Technology groups
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergies in testing processes for assigned projects and syndicate the information to other team members to validate prior to implementation
  • Take responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of Testing defects and the re-testing process
  • Provide updates on Project calls and communications with relevant colleagues
  • Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and scripts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production systems
  • Write efficient, reusable, and modular code following best practices
  • Assist in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in testing and solutions analysis
  • Experience and understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD Automation Framework
  • Experience with (Selenium, Python, Java, BDD Cucumber and Data Engineering) Methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Practices like SCRUM, KANBAN, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions
  • Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics
  • Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming (2+ years)
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Alteryx, is a plus
  • Preferred experience supporting more than one CCB Operations Function/Line of Business
