Overview
  • Hybrid role combining Product, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery
  • Owns AI initiatives end-to-end - from idea โ†’ requirements โ†’ build โ†’ rollout
  • Works closely with engineering, business, and leadership teams
  • Hands-on with AI - real day-to-day usage

Duties
  • Define AI use cases (RAG, automation, agentic workflows)
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements + user stories
  • Drive product direction + roadmap for AI solutions
  • Manage projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner with engineers on LLMs, APIs, and system design
  • Run Agile ceremonies (sprints, standups, planning)
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams
  • Support UAT, rollout, and adoption
  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, and decisions

Requirements
  • 8+ years across Product / BA / Project Management roles
  • Strong experience delivering tech or digital transformation projects
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
  • Comfortable working with engineering teams (APIs, data flows, systems)
  • Solid Agile / Scrum experience
  • Strong communication + stakeholder management

Strong plus
  • Experience with RAG, OpenAI, or AI platforms
  • Exposure to agentic AI/workflow automation
  • Background in enterprise environments
  • PMP / Scrum / Product certifications
