Purpose of this role:

3A Composites USA is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to drive efficiency and process improvement across our procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving workflows, leveraging data, and making systems work better.

You'll play a key role in strengthening execution, improving data accuracy, and enabling proactive decision-making across our plants. This position includes one direct report and strong cross-functional visibility.


In this position, you will...

  • Improve day-to-day procurement operations with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain and enhance procure-to-pay processes within SAP
  • Ensure accurate pricing and lead time data in SAP to support effective purchasing and planning
  • Proactively manage supplier order acknowledgments, ensuring timely acceptance and alignment with requirements
  • Monitor and drive supplier on-time delivery performance to support uninterrupted plant operations
  • Own and manage the supplier onboarding process from initiation through approval
  • Ensure supplier compliance with financial, safety, and sustainability (ESG) requirements and expectations
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Develop and standardize workflows and process documentation across locations
  • Partner closely with plant, finance, and supply chain teams to improve execution and visibility
  • Lead and develop one direct report

The knowledge, skills, and abilities you will bring...

  • Bachelor's degre in supply chain management, business, or a related field
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification is a plus
  • 1-3 minimum years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills (Power BI a plus)
  • Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • High attention to detail, especially with data accuracy (pricing, lead times, order status)
  • Strong follow-through and ability to proactively manage tasks and suppliers
  • Experience with supplier onboarding and compliance processes (financial, safety, ESG)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Effective communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ERP experience (SAP preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or similar certification is a plus
  • PowerBI or similar analytics experience
  • Formal procurement training
  • Lean / Six Sigma exposure
