Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts and Retain Business: Manage and service the staffing needs of new and existing accounts and provide high-touch, proactive, highly responsive customer service to ensure repeat business.
Master Use of Internal Tools: Utilize our robust in-house tools and resources, featuring a premier applicant tracking system, JobDiva, to manage requisitions and track account performance.
Maintain an Efficient Candidate Selection and Hiring Process: Leverage the efforts of an established recruitment team to maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
Achieve Defined Goals: Drive the active account business to achieve organic growth in line with targets established according to market trends and company targets.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of account management or executive client facing experience
Strong initiative with unquestionable reliability and follow-through, self-directed and organized.
Sound sense of judgment needed to plan and accomplish goals
Adhere to guidelines and standards and follow up on established processes and procedures required
Comfortable communicating with C- level executives as well as procurement staff.
Must be able to work independently under pressure
Must have Bachelor's in Business Admin, Psych, or related field. Masters Degree strongly desired.
Experience servicing VMS/VMO environments is a plus
