Working as a Mailing – Variable Data Processor, you can expect the following:


• Read job tickets and set up variable data jobs per specifications
• Manage and manipulate data is MS Excel
• Create variable templates, perform merge and output files
• Work with internal and external customers to answer questions, process paperwork and ensure USPS compliance.
• Streamline mailing processes and procedures
• Maintain expected quality standards
• Other duties as assigned.

Enough About Us! Candidate Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience working in the printing/mailing industry
• Experience with one or more of the following applications: XMPie, Planet Press, Fusion Pro, etc.
• Experience with Postal presorting software desired (BCC, Postalsoft, etc.) and knowledge of using presorted mailing lists in accordance with USPS regulations
• Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Acrobat and InDesign
• Prepress experience a plus
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
