Supervisor: Principal
Terms: 247 days/year


Essential Functions:
1. Process all transcript request, college applications, ESSR requests and
letter of recommendation from counselor(s).
2. Maintain student database for all student requests.
3. Update and maintain PoweSchool student database.
4. Maintain records for current and withdrawn students.
5. Maintain Special Education records.
6. Process report cards.
7. Process midterm reports.
8. Assist Director in maintaining course information in PowerSchool.
9. Process early graduate students.
10. Assist college admissions with documentation needed for prospective students.
11. Work with Administrator(s) to compile information and complete state reports.
12. Prepare mailing for the Governor/CHIPS data to the IDOE.
13. Process transcripts and maintain user abilities on the DOCUFIDE website.
14. Update and maintain diploma types in PowerSchool database.
15. Process social security paperwork for students.
16. Process withdrawn student records requests.
17. Maintain student permanent records.
18. Prepare graduate and withdrawal files for archiving.




















Qualifications Skills and Abilities:
1. Command of English language, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
