Vessco Water is a family of companies delivering innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions to customers across the United States. As one of the nation's largest full-service water treatment equipment distributors, we support every segment of the municipal, industrial, and commercial water and wastewater industry.
As our organization continues to grow, we operate within an expanding ecosystem of ERP platforms and are actively enhancing our implementation and user support team to serve our family of companies effectively. We are seeking an ERP Process & Training Specialist to design and deliver effective, audience-appropriate ERP training as a core component of Vessco Water's defined ERP implementation project model, ensuring consistent adoption and long-term success across our operating companies. In addition to implementations, the ERP Process & Training Specialist will support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives across all Vessco Water companies.
Role and Responsibilities
  • Adapt and tailor ERP training content to align with business processes, user roles, and audience needs, creating location-specific training materials to support ERP implementations.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the ERP training program for assigned implementations, including training planning, scheduling, logistics, and delivery across multiple locations.
  • Deliver training using a variety of methods-including instructor-led classroom sessions, virtual training, recorded video content, and on-the-job coaching-to support effective user adoption.
  • Support change management and user adoption by reinforcing new ERP processes and helping users successfully transition to standardized systems and workflows.
  • Partner with leadership and project teams to design and apply assessment tools that measure training effectiveness, track learning outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS), including the creation, maintenance, and organization of ERP training courses and instructional videos.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by refining training materials, methods, and documentation based on user feedback and post-implementation needs.
  • Perform additional related duties as needed to support ERP implementations and ongoing system success.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, with a focus on business process documentation, user training, and change enablement.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to facilitate training, coach users, and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including operations, field service, project management, sales, accounting, and leadership.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and content creation tools.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable team player, willing to contribute where needed to support project and business objectives.
  • Ability to travel as required to support ERP implementations and training activities.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Global Shop Solutions, Epicor, Acumatica, Business Central and/or other ERP systems.
  • Experience in the equipment distribution and service industry (job and project based).
  • Experience in Camtasia software for creating video tutorials and presentations.
