We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager, Process Improvement to drive operational transformation within our fast-paced distribution environment. In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, support automation strategies, and influence operational performance across the facility.

What You Will Be Doing
As an Assistant Manager, Process Improvement you will
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across distribution operations
  • Identify and execute projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service levels
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement process optimization and automation solutions
  • Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting dashboards
  • Support workflow and space optimization to improve operational efficiency
  • Build team capability through coaching, training, and mentoring in process improvement methodologies
  • Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement

What You Will Bring
Your background and experience should include:
  • Proven experience managing and developing leaders
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent experience) strongly preferred
  • A track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvements
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $90,000 and $110,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
