The Process Optimization Manager is a highly visible role that partners with executive leadership, business stakeholders, digitalization teams, and operational leaders to improve the speed, quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of processes, systems, and data across the Electrical Products business.
The Process Optimization Manager will serve as the business owner and change agent for critical process improvement initiatives across the Electrical Products businesses.
This role will partner with stakeholders across sales, engineering, finance, product management, planning, manufacturing, and digitalization teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will drive initiatives that enhance process efficiency, data visibility, reporting capabilities, decision-making, user productivity, system adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position is not responsible for software development or technical programming. Instead, the successful candidate will identify opportunities, define business requirements, prioritize initiatives, build business cases, secure stakeholder alignment, assemble resources, and ensure rapid execution of high-impact improvements.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and execution-focused leader who can translate business challenges into actionable solutions while maintaining a strong focus on measurable outcomes and speed of implementation.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and champion process, system, and data improvements across the Electrical Products organization.
  • Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives, developing business cases, securing resources, and driving execution from concept through implementation.
  • Translate stakeholders need actionable requirements and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, reporting capabilities, and user productivity.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes, digital tools, and workflows while balancing short-term wins with long-term strategies.
  • Track, communicate, and measure project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, program management, product management, digital transformation, consulting, or project management.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Strong executive presence with the confidence to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment.
  • Significant SAP, COMPAS and project scheduling experience.
  • Experience with current AI technologies, snowflake, tableau, and have some experience with production facilities- material flow, ordering, etc
  • Continuous improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, or equivalent methodologies and certifications are a plus.
