The Senior Analyst - Process Improvement, plays a key role in driving operational excellence through data-driven analysis and process optimization. This position partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, design and implement process enhancements, and support transformation initiatives within associate-guided workflows. The role requires strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. The Senior Analyst manages project deliverables, communicates findings to stakeholders, and helps influence decision-making through clear, evidence-based recommendations. By applying industry best practices and aligning improvement efforts with organizational objectives, this role contributes to sustainable operational efficiencies, enhanced business performance, and scalable growth across multiple functions.
About the Team:
The Tooling Operations team partners with Operations, Process Improvement, Product, and Engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize guided workflow tools that support Marketplace Seller Support, Performance, and Risk Operations. This role is focused on operationalizing workflows for Risk Operations, ensuring consistent triage, decision-making, and execution across teams. Senior Analysts leverage automation and emerging technologies to validate workflow functionality, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for enhancement. Through ongoing analysis of tooling outcomes, operational data, and associate feedback, they help drive continuous improvements and inform the product enhancement roadmap. By combining cross-functional collaboration with data-driven insights, the team delivers scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance the associate experience, and support better outcomes for sellers and the business.
What You'll Do:
