  • Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Engineering teams
  • Develop standardized work instructions, documentation, and process controls
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing and customer-related process issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost

  • Strong background in manufacturing process development and validation
  • Experience with scientific molding methodologies
  • Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of process documentation and quality systems
  • Excellent project management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • RJG Master Molder I or II certification
  • Experience with DOE (Design of Experiments) and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
  • Experience with IQMS or similar ERP/MRP systems
  • LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) processing experience

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • High-growth organization with major investment in operations and technology
  • Work on products that directly impact patient care and medical innovation
  • Strong executive support for engineering and operational excellence
  • Collaborative, technically driven culture
  • Opportunity to influence strategy, scalability, and process innovation
  • Competitive compensation and outstanding benefits package
