Zions Bancorporation is now accepting resumes for our Business Analyst position in our Loan Collections department located in at our new Technology Campus at 7860 South Bingham Junction Blvd, Midvale, UT 84047. This position is eligible for a bybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days at home).  The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to meet the following job responsibilities:

Responsibilities

         Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs. 

         Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems following appropriate standards and requirement gathering. 

         Develop SQL database queries. 

         Data analysis to validate data. 

         Create Crystal Reports from system databases. 

         Conduct test or test planning sessions, provide input for feasibility and prepare user documentation and follow-up evaluation. 

         Acts as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve problems and improve processes or systems. 

         Perform project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member. 

         Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

         Requires a Bachelor's business, finance or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements or other directly related experience. 

         SQL Database queries and analysis 

         Crystal Reports development 

         Microsoft Excel 

         A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. 

         Knowledge of business processes analysis, business workflow and process improvement recommendations 

         Working knowledge of project techniques and practices. 

         Knowledge of department specific processes, computer or systems applications or other knowledge skills or abilities may apply. 

         Ability to solve problems including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data. 

         Solid analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written. 

         Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. 

         Must be able to meet deadlines.
