Position: Process Engineer
Location: Lincoln, NE (Onsite)

Job Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a biotech/pharma environment. The role involves real-time troubleshooting, process stabilization, and support for validation and change activities, with a focus on OTC powders and oral solid dose (OSD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide process engineering support for manufacturing & packaging
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues on the production floor
  • Support deviations, investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Assist with validation, change control, and process monitoring
  • Collaborate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Operations teams
  • Support line trials, startup, and process improvements

Requirements:

  • 7โ€“10+ years of process engineering experience in regulated industries
  • Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills
  • Experience with manufacturing & packaging operations
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial)
  • Prior experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or animal health industries

Preferred:

  • Experience with OTC powders and OSD products
  • Knowledge of validation lifecycle, Lean/TPM, and process improvement tools
  • Familiarity with SAP, MES, or Power BI
